Query Aging Summary and Summary with Detail
The query aging report counts the number of outstanding queries by investigator and age range. The age range is the difference of the first printed date from the query print history and the current date. If the query has not been printed this is 0 and will be formatted as such on the report.
There are two version of this report, one which just provides the summary and one that provides the summary and detail. Each report is setup the same way, just choose the relevant code from the file attachments.
The age ranges are as follows:
0 = 'Not Printed'
1 - 6 = '<7 Days'
7 - 14 = '7-14 Days'
15 - 30 = '15-30 Days'
31 - 60 = '31-60 Days'
61 - 90 = '61-90 Days'
91 - high = 'Over 90 Days'

Report Library Setup
Under System Admin \ Reports \ Report Library, add a new program entry by saving and importing the attached QueryAging.sas report program.

Report Template Setup
Under System Admin \ Reports \ Report Templates, add a new Global report template that points at the program added above.
Specify the following selection criteria:

Report Library Setup
Under System Admin \ Reports \ Report Library, add a new program entry by saving and importing the attached QueryAging.sas report program.
- Type = Normal
- Category = Data Review - or whatever you specify
- Specify the name as Query Aging
- Click Save
Report Template Setup
Under System Admin \ Reports \ Report Templates, add a new Global report template that points at the program added above.
- In the studies box, select Global to make the report available to all studies.
- Provide a description and Category
- Specify Report Type as Current Study Only.
- Select the program Query Aging from the program selection
Specify the following selection criteria:
- Investigator Selection
- Data Set = PVIEWS.INVESTIGATORS
- Variable = INVESTIGATORNUMBER
- Selection Label = Site
- Dependent = N/A
- Type = Multiple
- Patient Selection
- Data Set = PVIEWS.ENROLLMENT
- Variable = PATIENTNUMBER
- Selection Label = Subject
- Dependent = Yes
- Type = Multiple
Report output options
- Layout = Landscape
- Use ODS = Checked
- Type = HTML or RTF
- Style = Choose the style you like. Listing provides a nice output
