To create a DRF template that can produce multiple queries, we recommend that you create a table in Word, modify the cells of the table (including shading, borders, and sizing), and insert bookmarks for the fields that you need into each cell. In the second example below, the bookmarks are shown in red.
In the upper right hand corner, I used Word’s Insert Date and Time feature, which will be inserted when the documented is printed.
